NCMS Physician Directory and Patient Resource Guide
Thank you to all of the physicians and practice managers who have provided contact information updates for the NCMS Physician Directory and Patient Resource Guide. All active, non-retired NCMS members are listed in the directory; this is a benefit of your NCMS membership. Physicians in administrative roles with no patient responsibilities or retired physicians are not typically listed.

If you have changes to your listing for 2023 including a new photo, please contact Crystal Goodman at crystal@nocomedsoc.org. Members can update their information at any time throughout the year. If you are not receiving our mail, emails or texts, please also provide the best contact information for you and/or your practice manager.
Information available to be listed include the following:
- Photo; the NCMS logo indicates we do not have a current photo on file for you
- Name
- Specialty or specialties
- Board certification
- Non-board-certified specialties that would be helpful for referrals (such as gallbladder surgery, tattoo removal, vasectomies, etc.)
- Education (medical school, internship, residency and fellowship)
- Practice name, address, phone, fax number and website
- Whether you currently accept Medicare and/or Medicaid

BACKGROUND
In 2015, the NCMS Board of Directors voted to make physician listings in the NCMS physician pictorial directory available to all actively practicing NCMS members as a member benefit starting. Previously, members paid a fee to be listed in the directory to cover printing costs. Note: Only physicians (MDs or DOs) who are members of CMS/NCMS can be included in the directory. If you are not a member and would like to join CMS/NCMS, go to www.cms.org/join or email membership@cms.org.
The NCMS physician pictorial directory is distributed to all members, plus area hospitals, medical clinics, senior centers, pharmacies, and other locations. Consumers recognize the directory as a valuable reference that provides information they cannot get anywhere else. Because listings are available to all members at no additional cost, the information in the directory is robust and reflective of the northern Colorado medical community.
Physicians not wishing to be listed can opt out. Contact crystal@nocomedsoc.org to opt out.
