You are invited to a Breakfast Town Hall at the Drake Centre in mid-town Fort Collins, hosted by Foothills Gateway, Summitstone Health Partners, and The Arc of Larimer County.

Our goal and vision for this town hall is to have a respectful dialog about the important issues pertaining to the communities surrounding intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as mental health.
Doors will open at 7:00 a.m. with a delicious breakfast and time for networking prior to the forum. The program will begin at 7:30 a.m.
