How to obtain CME credit:

1. After watching the video, please email crystal@nocomedsoc.org to receive the link to the post test to then obtain your CME credit. Once you receive the link, follow the directions below!
2. View the activity information then click on Continue to Enduring Material
3. Enter your name and email address, Click Next
4. Take the posttest, Click Submit Test
5. eeds™ will grade the posttest and let you know whether you scored a passing grade.  If you did not pass the posttest
   1. eeds™ will show which answers were incorrect
   1. you will be given the opportunity to re-submit the test
6. After passing the posttest you will be taken to a menu where you can
7. Click on Complete Course Evaluation, complete, and submit evaluation
8. Select View/Print Attendance Certificate, you can print or export to a pdf and save
